Refund policy

 

 

We allow 30 days from the date the item is received to change your mind on purchases from this website (excluding items notated as "FINAL SALE").

To return an item, please email us at returns@armentacollection.com or via our contact us link to begin the return process.  

If your item is eligible to be returned, we will issue an authorization code and packing slip to be included with your package to ensure it is processed quickly upon arrival.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive the item(s), we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to determine eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email to notify you when the return has been processed. Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed and your card to be refunded to the full amount. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, there will be a flat $95 restocking fee. Exchanges will also be processed within 30 days of receiving the original item as long it was purchased directly on our site.  We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items purchased with our retail partners.  The easiest way to ensure you are satisfied with your item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  If you prefer you can contact our team to help process these by reaching out to returns@armentacollection.com or via our contact us link to begin the exchange process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and update the refund on your account. In addition, the purchase of any ring that is not part of the standard sizes we offer is considered a final sale as they are a Special order.
